Australian songstress Delta Goodrem says she felt she lost her femininity as cancer treatment caused all of her long, blonde hair to fall out. But Goodrem, 22, now in remission four years after she was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, has made her first public appearance as a patron of British charity Leukaemia Research at one of its biggest fundraising events, the Alternative Hair Show. While Goodrem said she was fit, working and happy in her private life with boyfriend Brian McFadden, in remission, the spectre of the disease and its effects remained – including its effect on her ability to have children.
