SHEBOYGAN COUNTY (WFRV) – Anonymous donor(s) are offering up to a $2,500 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the dog hanging in the Cascade Memorial Park on Monday, Nov. He was then found hanging from a childâs basket swing at nearby Cascade Memorial Park the next morning. Judging from the hair loss on his lower rear legs, the trampled grass below him and saliva on his body, officers said Smoky struggled to free himself. Police said it appears as if Smoky’s guardian was also targeted in the attack; His tires were found slashed the same morning his dog was found dead.
